Prizes

Every year, during the Annual Meeting, the following prizes will be awarded:

The Goran Sundkvist prize in clinical research and the Angelika Bierhaus prize in basic research 

The main criteria are: nominated by a NEURODIAB member,  age younger than 35 years, substantial contribution and research achievements in basic science or clinical trials in the field of diabetic neuropathy, and participation at the NEURODIAB meetings. Each prize consists of 800 euros.

The selection will be done by the members of the Executive Committe and will be announced during the Annual Meeting of Neurodiab EASD.

– The NEURODIAB YOUNG INVESTIGATORS AWARDS

All presenting authors aged 40 or less can participate to the best oral presentation and the best poster presentation awards.
The two award winners will be announced during the meeting and will each receive a 750 Euro prize.
